At Globalstore, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not happy with your purchase, please review our refund and return terms below.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
  • Some products like personal skincare or opened cosmetics are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.

How to Request a Return:

  • Contact us at contact@globalstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

Refunds:

  • After receiving your return, we will inspect the item.
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
