Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- Some products like personal skincare or opened cosmetics are non-refundable for hygiene reasons.
How to Request a Return:
- Contact us at contact@globalstore.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, ship the item back to us. Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
Refunds:
- After receiving your return, we will inspect the item.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
